Click on the Play button below to&nbsp;find out more about the support Coderus received or read the story below.https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2caGpBft8CA?feature=oembed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Phenomenal Growth<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Almost every morning, software entrepreneur Mark Thomas walks through the entrance to his office\u2019s building, under a huge graphic thought-bubble which proclaims \u2018Good Thinking\u2026\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark\u2019s \u2018Good Thinking\u2019 has created Coderus; a software business with a phenomenal average growth rate of 40% over the past seven years. &nbsp; \u201cAnd\u201d, says Mark, \u201cthe New Anglia Growth Hub has definitely contributed to that percentage and to scaling up the business.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Progression<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark has been a software developer since he was 11 years old. As his family ran a farming business, creating a company was a natural progression, from his former part-time freelance work.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coderus is based at Innovation Martlesham, a centre for thriving ICT companies at Adastral Park, Suffolk.&nbsp; The company designs mobile apps and wearable technology devices for clients.
