Hearing Options

By Video 

Tribunal hearings are now often held by video call. You can connect from a PC, tablet, or mobile phone. If you are worried about accessing or managing a video hearing, you can choose another method.

In Person or Paper-Based

You have a right to choose a face to face (oral) hearing. Or you can choose a hearing based on documents only (without attending in person) if preferred. However, statistics show that around 50% of face-to-face hearings succeed, and less than 20% for paper hearings. We assist with all types of hearings. We have over 95% success rate.

Tribunal Decision

The Tribunal usually gives a decision on the day, or within 2 weeks. We have over 95% success rate.  In case you disagree with the Tribunal’s decision, we will discuss your options and further support.

Help With Complaints

We also help with complaints procedure about poor service if the people dealing with your claim or issue have handled it badly – mistakes, omissions, delays or wrong advice.

You may need help due to complex forms, stressful process, disability, language barrier or other reasons. With representation your chance of success is better. We help from start to finish and update you on progress.

Normally  one month from the date of the relevant decision. The time limit is extended if you request a statement of reasons initially. The absolute time limit is 13 months with justification.

This is a written statement to a Tribunal containing facts of your case established by evidence and we will help apply relevant law, setting out all the arguments for your case. This includes advice about the best evidence to use, tactics and any pitfalls. 

Our service is confidential. We only use your data for the purpose of providing you advice and assistance directly associated with your enquiry and the services agreed with you. It will not be shared with third parties without your authority.

Not necessarily. Our work is mainly done remotely and we provide regular case updates. We are also happy to meet you if required. Our times are flexible including evenings and weekends.

We are committed to making justice accessible. We have a transparent fee structure and charge a flat fee for an agreed piece of work. Discount is available at our discretion. Please note that we do not offer legal aid.
